There are two ways to record your meetings with Soar Scribe.
1. Connect Your Calendar. This will automate recording and transcriptions for scheduled meetings. To do that, go to Settings (lower left corner0, Integrations and then connect your calendar.
2. Manual Recording: If you prefer control, manually initiate recordings for your meetings. To manually record a meeting, it must have started already and then get the meeting link, login to your Soar Scribe account, click on the Record Meeting tab on the left panel and paste the meeting link into the box and click Record. Make sure to admit the Soar Scribe bot into the meeting.
If your meeting settings use a "waiting room" to let attendees enter, you'll need to let the Soar Scribe bot in each time. If you deactivate that setting, the bot will join automatically.
