How do I stop automatic sharing of my meetings with participants?

By default, your meetings are automatically shared with participants. If you prefer to have control over when and with whom you share your meetings, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Soar Scribe account
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Recording Settings
4. Uncheck the "Automatically share my meetings" box. (See attached screenshots)
